Matreya LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Matreya LLC collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Registration

To place an order for product on this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Order

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Return Policy

All returns must have prior authorization. Please contact Matreya LLC for this authorization. Items incorrectly ordered by the customer and returned to Matreya are subject to a 25% ($25.00 minimum) restocking charge. In such instances, the customer is responsible for the shipping. The following items may not be returned: frozen products, custom synthesized products. If a product has been incorrectly sent to you due to an error on Matreya's part, a credit will be issued to your account immediately and Matreya will pay for the shipping. Please inspect and verify your order upon receipt.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Physical Constants and Product Information

General information on each product is provided within catalog, with further information available from "Technical Service" as needed. Information is provided are correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge. However, Matreya offers no guarantee and assumes no responsibility for the information provided.

Source of product is either fully synthetic, semi-synthetic (natural product modified by chemical procedure) or natural isolate from the listed biological source. Purity of product of each lot estimated using the listed analytical method(s). The product will be delivered in solvent listed, with shipping hazards, if any, noted. The physical appearance of shipping vial upon receipt is noted; the vial might appear "empty" if mgm amounts of material were provided without solvent. Follow storage recommendations to prolong storage life after receipt. The calculated formula weight is provided to assist in preparation of solutions of known morality. For compounds from natural sources, where heterogeneity is known (see "Side Chain Table") formula weight is estimated from the most abundant species in the molecular mixture.
